Leasing Consultant

What You'll Be Doing
As a Leasing Consultant, you'll play a key role in creating a great first impression and delivering an outstanding resident experience by:
Greeting and connecting with prospective residents and tenants
Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities
Helping prospects through the application and move-in process
Following up with leads and building strong relationships within the surrounding community
Supporting resident events and community engagement activities
Assisting current residents with questions and requests
Partnering with the onsite team to maintain a welcoming and resident-focused community
What We're Looking For
We're searching for someone who is:
Outgoing and people-oriented
Comfortable building relationships and communicating with a variety of people
Customer service focused and solution-driven
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Motivated by goals and results
A positive team player who enjoys helping others
Preferred Experience
Leasing, sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, or related experience
Experience working with property management or CRM software is a plus
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Knowledge of multifamily housing or property management is helpful but not required
