This position reqires previos LIHTC (Low-Income Hosing Tx Creit) experience.

Work closely with complince prtners to ensre timely processing of files.

Reqire
Minimm 2 yers of mltifmily property mngement n lesing experience
LIHTC (fforble Hosing) experience reqire
fforble hosing experience involving LIHTC, H, Section 8, HOME, or similr progrms.
Knowlege of income qlifiction, hosehol eligibility, verifictions, certifictions, n recertifictions.
Working knowlege of Fir Hosing reqirements.
Bilingl (English/Spnish) reqire
Experience mnging n mintining resient files
Strong cstomer service, sles, n commniction skills
Excellent orgniztionl n time mngement skills
