Leasing Consultant
nReports to: Property Manager
nLocation: Little Rock, AR
nUnits: 260
nSalary: $19.00 per hour (Subject to adjustment for onsite living)
nHousing Benefit: 25% rent discount for onsite living
nnThe Vineyards at Napa Valley is looking for a dedicated and motivated Leasing Consultant to undertake the leasing activities of our 260-unit residential apartment community. The successful candidate will effectively explore the market to identify opportunities and secure tenants.

n nnResponsibilities:
nnAnswer phones, greet potential prospects, show apartments, and maintain current traffic and telephone logs
nPresent apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner
nAssist in discovering suitable tenants
nProvide accurate information on the different features of properties
nValidate application information and references
nPrepare lease agreements
nPresent leasing terms and close agreements
nKeep abreast of the property market status
n nnSkills:
nnProven working experience as a leasing consultant or sales professional
nGood knowledge of leasing rules and regulations
nCompetency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
nWell-versed in marketing and sales techniques
nCustomer-focused approach
nComply with all state and federal fair housing trainings
