Job description
The Leasing and Service Professional, Level 3 is a senior individual contributor who leads leasing execution, supports occupancy performance, and provides day-to-day training and guidance to junior leasing associates.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
nnPerform leasing, move-in, renewal, and transfer activities
nQualify prospects and conduct high-quality tours
nMaintain consistent follow-up cadence for all traffic sources
nProcess applications, approvals, payments, and lease documentation
nInspect show units and tour paths for readiness
nSupport resident retention and outreach initiatives
nTrain, mentor, and coach less experienced leasing team members
nAssist management with competitor research
nMaintain closing ratio in accordance to company standards and performance expectations
n nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
nnHigh school diploma or GED
nPrior leasing, sales, or customer service experience
nStrong administrative accuracy and leasing systems proficiency
nAbility to coach peers and model best practices
n nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
nnMultifamily leasing experience
nTraining or onboarding experience
nValid driver's license where travel between communities is required
n nCOMMUNICATION SKILLS
nnAdvanced verbal and written communication skills
nAbility to coach, train, and mentor team members effectively
nStrong sales, negotiation, and closing communication abilities
nAbility to professionally handle escalated resident or prospect concerns
nStrong presentation and interpersonal communication skills
nAbility to provide clear direction, feedback, and instruction to peers
nStrong organizational and cross-functional communication abilities
nAbility to maintain professionalism in high-pressure situations
n nTECHNOLOGY SKILLS
nnFamiliarity with reporting tools, lead management systems, and occupancy tracking
nAbility to use mobile technology and communication
nStrong proficiency with property management and leasing systems
nAbility to manage leasing workflows, approvals, and reporting accurately
nExperience with CRM systems, digital leasing tools, and online applications
nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook
nAbility to train team members on leasing systems and operational technology platforms effectively
n nPHYSICAL/WORK REQUIREMENTS
nnFrequent walking, standing, touring, and computer work
nMay require local travel and weekend availability

n401K: Bridge Investment Group will match your contributions dollar-for-dollar, up to 6% of your pay. These contributions are fully vested immediately. Eligible employees are automatically enrolled at a 4% contribution rate. *The employee must be at least 21 years of age and have worked for the Company for at least 60 days.
nPaid Time Off: Employee will accrue 5.23 hours of paid time off per pay period for a total of 17 days per year.
n11 Paid Holidays per year.
nFollowing six (6) months of employment at the Company, you will be eligible per birth, adoption or placement of a child for four (4) weeks of paid parental leave as the primary caregiver to the child or two weeks of paid parental leave as the secondary caregiver to the child. Following two years of employment at the Company, you will be eligible for twelve weeks of paid parental leave per birth, adoption, or placement of a child if you are the primary caregiver of the child.
nTuition Reimbursement: Up to $5,000 per year of pre-approved tuition expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of approved documentation. Repayment obligations may apply if employment terminates prior to 24 months.
