Job Description Job Description Searching for experienced Apartment Leasing Professionals!
We are seeking an employee with excellent people skills, sales experience, high energy and a positive attitude. Qualified candidates will be comfortable touring units, helping residents, contacting leads and working with maintenance on any issues. Apartment leasing and fair housing experience is preferred.
Duties of an Apartment Leasing Professional Include:
-Answer phone calls, respond to internet leads, and conduct property tours
-Accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork
-Review applications ensuring that they are accurate and legible
-Assist with lease renewals
-Other tasks assigned by property manager
Apartment Leasing Professionals must be able to work weekends and have a flexible work schedule. At least 6 months experience is required. Great verbal and written communication skills are a must. Computer skills are a must. Knowledge of relevant software (OneSite, AMSI, Yardi, Yieldstar) is a plus. Must be well organized and able to multi-task.
