A growing property management firm is seeking a Leasing Consultant to assist in the daily operation of our property Sosa at Palo Alto in San Antonio, TX.
Responsibilities of a Leasing Consultant;
Be comfortable touring the property and presenting apartments to prospective clients in a persuasive manner.
Evaluate clients' requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
Validate application information and references.
Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements.
Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically.
Have knowledge on LIHTC leasing procedures and compliance.
WHAT WE REQUIRE: LIHTC, HUD, Sec8 experience, required
Outgoing, proactive, ambitious
Strong admin and organizational skills
Strong customer service, communication skills and sales skills
Interpersonal Skills, ability to multitask
Marketing Knowledge
Yardi experience
File management experience and computer proficiency
Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays with shift changes, required
Valid driver's license, required
Leasing experience, required
Successfully pass pre-employment background check and drug test, required
COMPENSATION: Up to $20-23/Hr depending on experience.
