nAs a Leasing Manager with Bell, you will communicate with prospective residents at the community, handle day-to-day issues with current residents, and coordinate the renewals of existing leases with a staff of Leasing Consultants under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will ensure property performance is maximized by walking the grounds and inspecting apartments.

n nWhat you’ll do to make a difference:

nnnTour visitors and guests to show amenities, apartments, models, community, etc. (this may include walking on hills and up and own 3 flights of stairs)

n

nnRecruit, hire, onboard, manage, and provide performance feedback to employees to ensure community performance and adequate staffing

n

nnMotivate associates through recognition programs, training, and team building, and ensure team meets Operations strategic drivers

n

nnTrain staff members on proper leading techniques and resident services, and conduct regular performance appraisals

n

nnSet leasing goals and provide timely reporting on leasing statistics with General Manager

n

nnConduct weekly meetings with maintenance and leasing staff

n

nnEvaluate unit prices in accordance with the market and budgeted goals

n

nnManage the application review process for each lease and ensure the condition of leased apartments

n

nnDevelop an annual marketing plan, conduct marketing reviews monthly, and conduct outside marketing activities

n

nnEnsure lease packets and files for each resident include the lease, all addendums, and other proper documentation

n

nnFollow Fair Housing Standards in all matters when working with prospects and residents

n

nnRegular attendance and punctuality

n

n nWhat you bring to our team:

nnnBA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination

n

nn2+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 2+ years of experience in B2B selling desired

n

nnStrong working knowledge of MS Office Suite

n

nnSuperior interpersonal skills and the ability to provide exceptional customer service

n

nnDemonstration of Bell Core Values

nnStrong marketing skills required

n

nnStrong time management skills and the ability to multi-task

n

nnBusiness knowledge and customer focus

n

nnOrganized and good decision-making skills

n nPhysical requirements of the job:

nnnWalking, bending, reaching, climbing, and lifting to 30 lbs.

n

nnAbility to work with mechanical and electrical equipment, as well as hazardous materials

n

nnMust be comfortable with heights and moving heavy objects

n

nCompensation Range

nHourly: $30.00 - $36.00

nIncentive compensation opportunities are available and are performance based.
