Job description
Greystar is hiring a Marketing and Leasing Leader to drive revenue, occupancy and resident retention at a Garden-style community. You will direct marketing, advertising and sales activities, oversee a leasing team, and implement pricing strategies and incentives to maximize performance.
You will develop print and online advertising, coordinate with maintenance on property condition, and monitor leasing reports to ensure targets are met while maintaining high service standards for residents.
