Job description
Breaking Ground in Kentucky is seeking a Deputy Director, Leasing to lead teams responsible for leasing vacant units in the organization’s supportive and affordable housing portfolio. You will supervise Assistant Directors and Leasing Managers and partner with external agencies to process applications.
You will oversee initial lease-ups, ensure occupancy standards, coordinate with Housing Development during construction, manage lotteries, monitor reports, and maintain staffing to meet deadlines.
