About the Opportunity
As a leasing professional, you will play a key role in driving leasing activity, creating memorable experiences for prospective residents, and helping our community achieve its occupancy goals. You will work alongside the onsite team to showcase the community, convert leads into leases, and support the continued growth and success of this exciting new property.
What you'll do:
Welcome and engage prospective residents with a warm, professional, and enthusiastic approach.
Conduct property tours and showcase the community's features, amenities, and lifestyle.
Respond to leasing inquiries, follow up on leads, and build strong relationships with prospects.
Utilize sales techniques to convert tours and inquiries into signed leases.
Assist in achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly leasing and occupancy goals.
Maintain a strong understanding of pricing, availability, promotions, and community offerings.
Prepare and process rental applications, leases, and other required documentation accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing process and beyond.
Assist with resident retention efforts and contribute to a positive living experience.
Collaborate with the onsite team to support marketing, resident events, and overall community success.
Maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-presented leasing office and community.
What we're looking for
Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
A positive, energetic, and team-oriented attitude.
Motivated by achieving goals and delivering results.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work weekends as required.
