What You'll Do Greet prospective residents and conduct apartment tours
Lease apartments and close prospects effectively
Process applications, lease paperwork, and renewals
Provide excellent resident and prospect customer service
Keep leasing office, models, and tour paths presentation-ready
Support resident communication and day-to-day office operations
Assist with community engagement and events
What We're Looking For Customer service or sales experience required (leasing experience preferred)
Experience with Ohio Tax Credit regulations preferred
Strong communication and people skills
Positive, energetic, and solution-focused attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced leasing environment
Tech-savvy; property management software experience is a plus
High School diploma or GED
