Join Our Team as a Leasing Professional!
nWhat You’ll Be Doing:
nAs a Leasing Professional, you’ll manage all aspects of apartment rentals, from attracting and assessing potential residents to completing lease documentation and move-in procedures. Your direct interaction with prospective and current residents will be key to our success at our community.
nCompensation and Incentives
nnnExcellent Base Pay : $21.00 - $24.00/hour

nn20% Rent Discount

nnProperty Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

nn$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

nnnMon–Fri, 9:30 AM–6:00 PM

nnRotating Saturdays, 9:30 AM–5:00 PM and Sundays, 9:30 AM- 2:00 PM

n nWhat We’ll Expect from You:
nnnPrior customer service experience required; leasing or sales experience is a plus.
n
nnValid driver’s license, good driving record, and auto insurance may be required for travel to multiple properties.
n
nnOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with residents and office staff.
n
nnStrong sales focus with an ability to provide exceptional customer service.

nIf you are hired at Morgan Properties, your overall compensation package will also be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience which may result in total compensation outside of this range.
