nIf you enjoy building relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping people find a place to call home, we'd love to meet you! We're looking for an energetic, organized Leasing Professional to join our team at Astoria Park, a 470-unit apartment community in Indianapolis, IN.
nThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with leasing experience or a background in sales, hospitality, retail, call center, or customer service who enjoys connecting with people and following through from the first conversation to move-in day. We'll provide the training, support, and career growth opportunities to help you succeed.
nWhat You'll Be Doing
nAs a Leasing Professional, you'll play a key role in driving occupancy and delivering an outstanding experience for every prospect and resident. You'll:
nnnWelcome prospective residents and provide engaging apartment tours that highlight the community.
n
nnBuild relationships through consistent follow-up, responsive communication, and confident closing techniques.
n
nnConvert prospect interest into completed applications through excellent customer service and follow-up.
n
nnAccurately maintain guest cards, prospect information, applications, and lease documentation.
n
nnGuide applicants through the leasing process from initial inquiry through move-in.
n
nnSupport resident renewals, communications, and overall resident satisfaction.
n
nnUtilize property management software and computer systems to manage daily leasing activities.
n
nnPartner with the onsite team to achieve occupancy goals while providing a positive resident experience.
n
nnStay organized while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
nCompensation & Incentives
n
nnBase Pay: $19.00–$20.00 per hour

nn20% Apartment Rent Discount
n
nn$100 Leasing Commission for every new lease
n
nnProperty Staff Shared Renewal Bonus – $100 per renewal shared among the onsite team
n
nn$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

nnEmployee Referral Program – Earn up to $750 per referral

n nWhat We're Looking For
nnnPrevious leasing experience preferred, but not required.
n
nnExperience in sales, hospitality, retail, call center, or customer service with transferable skills.
n
nnOutstanding customer service and communication skills.
n
nnStrong follow-up habits and the ability to build lasting relationships with prospective residents.
n
nnComfortable using computers, property management software, and Microsoft Office applications.
n
nnExcellent organization and attention to detail with applications, guest cards, and documentation.
n
nnSelf-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
n
nnReliable, professional, and eager to learn and grow.
n
nnValid driver's license.
