What You'll Do
Welcome and connect with prospective residents through tours, calls, emails, and follow-up
Lease apartments and assist prospects throughout the application process
Prepare and maintain leasing and resident records
Maintain model apartments and vacant homes to ensure they are tour-ready
Build relationships with residents and local businesses to support retention and marketing
Respond to resident questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency
Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, OSHA, EPA, and company policies
Help create a positive, high-energy experience for residents and prospects
What We're Looking For
Previous leasing, sales, or customer service experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Professional, positive, and customer-focused approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; experience with Entrata is a plus
Ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
Availability to work Saturdays
High school diploma or GED
