Part-Time Leasing Professional – Ventana Apartments
Ventana Apartments 14015 North 94th Street Scottsdale, AZ 85260 Schedule: Part-Time 3 full days a week| Weekend availability required Saturday, Monday, Tuesday, or Thursday, Friday, Saturday Compensation: $18 - $21 per hour, plus bonuses.
Build Your Career in Property Management Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Part-Time Leasing Professional to join our team at Ventana Apartments in Scottsdale. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping prospective residents find a place to call home. Previous apartment leasing experience is a plus, but it is not required. Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or another people-focused role can provide an excellent foundation for success. What You'll Do As a Part-Time Leasing Professional, you'll help create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents while supporting the day-to-day leasing activities of the community. Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist prospective residents, current residents, visitors, and callers
Conduct apartment tours and showcase available homes and community amenities
Build relationships with prospective residents and follow up on leasing leads
Assist prospects throughout the leasing and application process
Maintain accurate prospect and resident information
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
Assist with leasing paperwork and administrative responsibilities
Support the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
