Leasing Sales Representative
nLeasing Sales Representative / Commercial Real Estate | Syracuse, NY (Onsite)
n$60K–$120K Base + Uncapped Commission
nWe are partnering with a highly successful commercial real estate firm in search of a Leasing Representative —a true sales role focused on closing deals and shaping top commercial destinations across the US.
nIn this role, you’ll be out prospecting, pitching, and securing retail, restaurant, and entertainment tenants across a national portfolio.
nQualifications Include:
nn3–5 years of proven sales success (B2B preferred)
nStrong closers
nComfortable with negotiation + basic financials
nWilling to travel (2–3 nights/week)
