Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins and renewals, while delivering exceptional resident service. You will qualify prospects, process leases, and maintain accurate records to maximize occupancy at our community.
The role requires friendly communication, strong organization, and proficiency with MS Office and Yardi Voyager. On-site schedule supports residents and team collaboration.
