Job description
Greystar in Sunnyvale is seeking an entry-level leasing professional to coordinate the community's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals. You will lease to new residents, ensure satisfaction, and drive lease renewals throughout the lease term.
You will handle tours, applications, credit screening, and move-in packages, while coordinating with maintenance to ensure move-in readiness. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
