Job description
Mission Pet Health is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist in Birmingham, AL to administer teammate leaves in compliance with FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and other laws. You will coordinate with teammates, managers, HR Business Partners, payroll, and benefits providers to ensure accurate, timely, and confidential leave management.
You have a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 2+ years of leave administration experience, with strong communication and detail orientation to handle
