Job description
Balfour Beatty in Dallas, TX is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist to join our benefits team. You will partner with employees, managers and HR to coordinate the LOA lifecycle across the US business units, in a hybrid role three days in the office and two days remote.
The ideal candidate has 2-5 years in leave management and benefits, knowledge of FMLA, and prefers PHR/SHRM-CP certification. You will support open enrolment activities and maintain LOA documentation.
