Job description
Genuine McCarthy Enterprises is seeking a Leave of Absence Specialist within the Total Rewards team to streamline intake, case coordination, and compliance across regions.
Reporting to the Health & Wellbeing Director, you will partner with Prudential and internal HR partners to ensure timely communications, accurate documentation, and effective return-to-work processes while upholding privacy and data integrity.
