We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Assistant to support a Veteran male client in the Lee's Summit area. This role includes personal care support and companionship, with a strong emphasis on comfort, dignity, and emotional presence.SCHEDULE: 2pm to 5pm give or take a little on start and stop. Mon, Tues & Thurs. We possibly have other clients that we could fill in other times if you are looking for more hours.What We're Looking For:A compassionate, patient, and reliable individual who values building genuine connectionsHospice or end-of-life care experience preferred (formal or informal)CNA-level skill set or equivalent hands-on caregiving experience (Active CNA certification is not required, but candidates should be able to demonstrate knowledge and practical caregiving skills)Comfortable assisting with personal care and mobility supportA strong sense of respect, professionalism, and advocacy for the client's comfort and well-beingRequirements:Experience in life with caregiving or professionally - Must be 18 years or older - Must hold a valid Driver's License - Demonstrate good judgment when dealing with patients, visitors, families, and co-workersWhy join Qualicare KC & Benefits?
