Compensation: $165,000 - $200,000 per year
About the Role
Our Client is seeking a Legal AI Adoption Counsel to drive the responsible, practical use of generative AI across the firm's practices within the Client & Innovation function, working closely with attorneys, practice leaders, IT, professional development, training, research, marketing, and business development teams.
Key Responsibilities
Drive adoption of firm-approved generative AI platforms across multiple practice groups
Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify practical AI use cases
Develop implementation strategies that increase adoption and improve legal workflows
Support AI pilot programs and help scale successful initiatives across the firm
Design and deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
Coach attorneys and legal professionals on integrating AI into their daily work
Create practical learning materials including playbooks, best practice guides, checklists, FAQs, and workflow documentation
Evaluate new legal AI technologies and vendor solutions
Promote responsible and ethical AI use throughout the firm
Monitor adoption metrics, user feedback, and business impact
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Hands-on experience using legal generative AI tools
Experience in Legal Innovation, Knowledge Management, Legal Operations, Practice Management, or Legal Technology
Preferred
Experience practicing law within a law firm or corporate legal department
Experience designing training programs for legal professionals
Familiarity with change management methodologies
Strong project management and organizational skills
