Job description

Role Overview

Apply legal, policy, and public-sector expertise to reconstruct and strengthen executive-level PowerPoint presentations used for legal, compliance, policy, and public services audiences. Your work will provide high-quality real-world input that helps train and evaluate next-generation AI systems. No previous AI experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

Rebuild legal, compliance, and policy business slides from images in Microsoft PowerPoint, maintaining content accuracy and professional presentation standards.

Assess slide content and structure to improve visual storytelling, data visualization, and message clarity while preserving legal and policy definitions, caveats, and intended meaning.

Document the rationale for every accepted change and every intentionally retained element, explaining both improvements and sound original decisions.

Edit, refine, and format executive briefings, policy options analyses, committee updates, and public consultation materials for clarity and factual integrity.

Explain decisions about content hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and exhibit selection using legal and policy reasoning.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of demonstrated experience in legal practice, regulatory affairs, public policy, or the public sector, including substantive compliance and governance exposure.

Experience creating, editing, and improving executive-level PowerPoint presentations for senior decision-makers or clients in legal or policy settings.

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint, slide reconstruction, presentation design, data visualization, visual storytelling, and content-editing skills.

Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and precise written communication.

Ability to explain message hierarchy, evidence-supported titles, and content structure accurately in legal and public-policy contexts.

Experience with AI training, rubric development, or evaluation is helpful but not required.

Industry practitioners and consultants with deep domain expertise are encouraged to apply. A consulting-firm background is not required.

Flexible work, with each production assignment expected to take 1 to 2 hours.

Project volume varies in sprints.

Compensation

$150 to $350 per hour.
