Legal AssistantMCE PROF Staffing is in search for a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Assistant to join a highly skilled Law Firm in Sacramento, CA. This position will primarily support the Sacramento office, though some work may occur at our Fairfield location as needed. We are looking for candidates with strong receptionist and customer service skills, legal/paralegal experience a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This role requires an onsite presence, with the potential for hybrid work based on performance and business needs.Role Description:Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and visitors with exceptional customer serviceProvide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staffManage case documentation, correspondence, and schedules efficientlyUtilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Calendar) for documentation and schedulingOperate with MyCase (preferred, but not required) for case managementMaintain organized office and reception spaceRequirements:Prior legal or paralegal experience preferredReceptionist and customer service experience requiredProficiency in MS Office Suite and Google WorkspaceFamiliarity with MyCase is a plusStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefits:Gain valuable experience in a reputable legal environmentOpportunity for long-term placement based on performance and experienceThis role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to grow within the legal field.
