Legal Billing SpecialistLocation: San Antonio, TexasJob Type: Direct HireCompensation: $70-90kBenefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Requirements1-3 years of legal billing experienceExperience with legal billing software and e-billing platformsIntermediate Excel skillsBackground at a mid-sized law firm preferredNot considering recent graduates at this timeKey DutiesManage full-cycle billing for assigned attorneys, including proforma creation/editing and processing complex bills (split-party billing, multiple discounts, e-billing)Handle the e-billing process end-to-end, including client/matter setup and resolving disputes or rejectionsServe as the main point of contact for billing questions among attorneys, paralegals, and clientsEnsure billing complies with firm policies and client-specific guidelinesPrepare reports, accruals, budgets, and billing analysesAddison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
