Billing Specialist

Manage electronic invoicing for a portfolio of client accounts, making sure each submission follows client-specific billing requirements
Handle a steady monthly volume of electronic invoice submissions with a focus on accuracy and on-time delivery
Set up new clients and matters in electronic billing systems
Submit invoices and related billing documents through client billing portals
Monitor submissions through approval, following up on any that are delayed or rejected
Resolve rejected or xxzpjkt reduced invoices, including preparing appeals when needed
Serve as a point of contact for client billing questions
Support additional billing projects as needed
