Company Overview:
A leading global alternative investment manager is seeking experienced Legal & Compliance PMO and COO professionals to support strategic and operational initiatives. The role involves working closely with senior leadership to enhance the firm's legal and compliance operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with the Legal & Compliance COO on department-wide planning, organizational design, headcount management, and budget oversight
Own or support the delivery of cross-functional compliance and legal projects from scoping and resourcing through execution and close-out
Develop executive-level materials including board presentations, regulatory submissions, leadership briefings, and internal communications
Manage relationships with external counsel, third-party vendors, and regulatory bodies
Lead or support Legal & Compliance technology initiatives, including platform selection and implementation oversight
Design and maintain program governance frameworks, project trackers, and initiative dashboards
Coordinate regulatory exam logistics, document production processes, and cross-functional exam response workstreams
Drive operational process improvements across the division
Qualifications:
Experience in Legal & Compliance PMO and COO roles
Ability to develop executive-level materials and manage external relationships
Experience with Legal & Compliance technology initiatives
Compensation:
Pay Rate: $50 - $100/hr
