This is a unique opportunity for a commercially minded attorney who enjoys hands‑on work across a broad range of legal disciplines. You'll advise on travel and consumer regulation, commercial contracting, labor and employment matters, data privacy, compliance programs, guest claims, and accessibility requirements while helping shape and scale an evolving in‑house legal function.

The position offers significant exposure to international legal issues, business leaders across multiple brands, and the chance to influence how legal and compliance support is delivered across a global travel organization.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Provide practical legal advice to business leaders across TTC's U.S. operations and support global legal initiatives.

Advise on travel industry regulations, consumer protection requirements, accessibility obligations, and related compliance matters.

Manage and maintain travel licensing, registrations, renewals, and regulatory compliance processes.

Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements, including supplier, technology, marketing, procurement, and vendor contracts.

Support People & Culture teams on employment‑related matters, workplace policies, investigations, and compliance requirements.

Advise on data privacy obligations, including U.S. privacy laws, GDPR‑related matters, and cross‑border data‑sharing arrangements.

Partner with operational teams on guest claims, dispute resolution, crisis response, and duty‑of‑care matters.

Deliver compliance training, support policy implementation, and help drive TTC's global compliance program.

Manage relationships with outside counsel and support litigation and dispute management activities.

Build strong partnerships across TTC's brands and become a trusted legal resource for stakeholders throughout the organization.
