Job description
Alliance Defending Freedom is seeking a Legal Counsel to support the Center for Conscience Initiatives, with emphasis on litigation and public advocacy. You will conduct case research, draft court filings, handle discovery, and represent clients in court and before agencies, while coordinating with communications teams on media strategies.
Ideal candidates bring a J.D., active bar admission, and 1+ years of complex litigation experience, with strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
