Job description
PayPal seeks counsel for its Legal team to support PayPal-branded US consumer credit products. You will advise teams on end-to-end distribution and operation of credit products, including sales enablement and marketing, and provide legal and regulatory guidance on onboarding, servicing, issue and dispute resolution, and collections for open-end and closed-end consumer credit.
