Job description
Valar Atomics is seeking a senior in-house attorney to lead and manage complex commercial contracts and transactions in a fast-paced startup setting. The role involves negotiating supply, vendor, construction, licenses, and NDAs while supporting project finance and EPC agreements for a nuclear facility program.
You will advise on DOE/NRC/FERC regulatory frameworks, develop compliance programs, and collaborate with leadership to scale legal processes and governance as the company grows.
