Job description
AngelList is hiring a Legal Counsel to own ordinary-course corporate work across our Funds business, including contract reviews, board consents, and equity grants, while joining a reactive rotation with the legal team.
This hands-on role involves collaboration with Product, Engineering, Fund Operations, Finance, Tax, Compliance, and Customer Success, plus AI-assisted workflows to improve processes.
