Job description
Draft and negotiate a variety of above-the-line agreements for animated series, specials, specialty features and short-form content, including rights acquisition agreements and agreements for writers, voice actors, producers, and consultants for DreamWorks Animation Television and Universal Kids Digital Studios projects.

Requirements
Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school, or foreign equivalent
Member in good standing of the state bar of California, or member in good standing of another state bar and qualified to register as California in-house counsel
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a motion picture studio, production company, network, law firm or other relevant experience.
Superior drafting, negotiation, communication and organizational skills, ability to handle multiple priorities and work under deadlines.
Ability to build interdepartmental relationships at all levels

Transactional experience. Experience drafting and negotiating production services, animation and live-action television contracts and/or other entertainment contracts a plus.
Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 /year USD
