Trex is seeking a skilled Legal Counsel to support a growing team across labor and employment, commercial transactions, marketing, privacy, IP, and regulatory compliance. You will provide ongoing legal counseling, structure and negotiate agreements, and assist senior leadership on mergers and acquisitions.
Ideal candidates hold a JD with active license and have 8+ years of practice, including 2+ years focused on employment or commercial law.
