Job description
We’re partnering with a leading and rapidly growing alternative investment platform looking to add a top-tier Structured Finance / Financing Attorney to its legal team.
About the role:
High-visibility position working closely with senior executives, investment teams, and key strategic initiatives
Exposure to sophisticated transactional matters involving credit facilities, structured finance, asset-backed transactions, securitizations, and bespoke financing arrangements
Opportunity to work directly alongside the business and play a meaningful role in commercial and strategic decision-making
Lean, highly collaborative environment where legal is viewed as a core strategic partner to the investment team
