Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Works with global Trintech team in the areas of contract negotiation and contract administration duties for Trintech’s US new customer base.
Ensures that contracts are negotiated, administered and closed in accordance with corporate policy and procedure.
Prepares and revises client contracts and confidentiality agreements in accordance with Trintech contracting standards.
Tracks contract drafts, authorizations, and correspondence in contracts database and provides information to internal business units regarding contract status, risk, compliance, and modifications.
Provides contract interpretation assistance to internal business units.
Sets priorities and brings conflicting priorities to Manager for assistance in resolving.
Works within the Contracts Team’s metrics/timelines for completion of documents and participates in the development of department procedures and processes.
Prepares, reviews and revises vendor contracts in accordance with Trintech contracting standards.
Creates and communicates concise and consistent contract provisions.
Performs other administrative support functions as requested.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and current admission to the Texas Bar in good standing or other U.S. jurisdiction.
5-7 years of contract administration and contract negotiation experience; experience in global technology industry preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in contractual areas; knowledge of standard contract terms and legal terminology required.
Strong organizational, reading comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe including editing functions; proficiency with Salesforce contracts and library functions a plus.
Strong time management skills to include the ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities in managing a wide variety of projects, demonstrate initiative, accountability and see assignments through to completion.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers.

Handle multiple contract requests in fast‑paced, team environment.
