Nscale is hiring a Legal Counsel (Project Finance/Debt Capital Markets) to support end-to-end financing strategy across the North America region from New York. This high-priority role sits at the intersection of Legal, Treasury, and regional leadership, reporting to the Sr.
Director, Legal (Debt Capital Markets). You will partner with internal stakeholders on early-stage financing strategy, contracting, due diligence, and lender requirements.
