Key Responsibilities
Develop legal problems based on professional experience, including relevant facts, jurisdiction, governing law, and reference answers.
Evaluate AI-generated legal documents, contractual provisions, privilege assessments, and legal citations.
Assess legal reasoning in light of applicable law, procedural rules, standards of review, and case-specific facts.
Identify legal inaccuracies, unsupported arguments, and weaknesses in AI-generated work.
Provide clear, structured explanations and feedback to improve AI model performance.
Flag ambiguous instructions and explain complex legal judgments.
Required Qualifications
Professional experience in legal practice, compliance, regulatory work, or policy.
Strong written communication and analytical reasoning skills.
Ability to evaluate complex information and explain professional judgments clearly.
Comfort working independently on ambiguous tasks and identifying unclear instructions.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in one or more areas, including litigation, criminal justice, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, compliance, risk management, regulatory affairs, or policy.
Relevant experience as a practicing attorney, paralegal, legal assistant, compliance specialist, or policy professional.
Experience reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, or evaluating legal arguments.
