Job description
GLBTQ Legal Advocates & Defenders (GLAD Law) seeks a Legal Director to lead its litigation, legislation, and advocacy work. Reporting to the Executive Director and serving on the Senior Management Team, the Legal Director will shape strategy for the organization’s nationally renowned legal department.
The role requires 8+ years of civil rights or nonprofit litigation experience and a deep understanding of impact litigation, policy, and public education strategies to advance LGBTQ+ rights.
