Accurately enter attorney time records into the billing system to support timely and efficient financial processes.

Maintain organized matter files, compliance records, and electronic document management systems.

Coordinate travel logistics and detailed itineraries.

Engage with clients professionally and independently when needed to provide exceptional support and service.

Manage incoming calls with warmth and professionalism, ensuring messages and inquiries are routed thoughtfully and efficiently.

Support department-specific initiatives, including special projects and ongoing responsibilities like tracking, reporting, and presenting key information.

Juggle multiple tasks and priorities with grace and resilience in a fast-paced environment, always keeping the bigger picture in mind.

Maintain and update client files, ensuring information is current and accessible.

Embrace additional responsibilities as needed, contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook for scheduling, presentations, and data management.

Strong understanding of legal billing and timekeeping practices (preferred).

Ability to multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
