About Deepr Convos
Deepr Convos is an AI-native practice management platform that offers a full suite of tools to connect law firm communications, client intake, matter management, and billing in one system. Calls, texts, documents, tasks, and billable work stay tied to a unified client record, helping teams capture billable work, coordinate follow-ups, and reduce manual administrative work.
Firms can start with our bilingual AI receptionist to handle calls, support intake, and schedule consultations, then adopt more of the practice management platform as they’re ready.
We’re building our first group of Legal Growth & Solutions Partners. This is an early-stage opportunity to work directly alongside the founder, bring practical automation to boutique and mid-sized firms, and participate in the revenue you generate.
What You’ll Do
Identify boutique and mid-sized law firms in your network struggling with intake delays, fragmented software, billing realization, or administrative overhead.
Open direct conversations with law firm owners, managing partners, firm administrators, and operations leaders.
Diagnose operational bottlenecks where disconnected tools and manual administration cost firms billable time or revenue.
Introduce Deepr Convos and co-lead product demonstrations with the founder.
Guide opportunities through follow-up to signed agreements.
Share feedback from firm leaders to influence our product roadmap.
What We're Looking For
Relevant Industry & Commercial Experience: Experience selling legal technology, advising law firms on operations or technology adoption, or leading law firm administration. Other legal backgrounds are welcome if you bring trusted relationships with firm decision-makers and a demonstrated ability to generate business.
Firm Access & Credibility: Established relationships with law firm owners, managing partners, firm administrators, or operations leaders, plus the willingness to actively develop new relationships.
Workflow Literacy: Clear understanding of law firm operations, including intake friction, billing realization, matter management, and court deadlines.
Autonomy: Comfort working independently, managing your own pipeline, and guiding opportunities to a close.
Allergy to Hype: Ability to speak candidly with skeptical attorneys about practical automation without relying on AI buzzwords.
Compensation
Commission-Only Contract Role: Remote, with no base salary.
Tiered Commission Starting at 40%: Includes recurring revenue share on accounts you bring in.
Uncapped Earning Potential: Earnings depend on sales performance and are not guaranteed.
Transparent Terms: Commission periods, payment timing, and recurring revenue eligibility are reviewed during the introductory conversation.
