Legal Intake SpecialistPeregrine Team is hiring a Legal Intake Specialist to support a high-volume personal injury practice.About the RoleThis role serves as the first point of contact for prospective clients. You will guide individuals through the intake process with empathy and professionalism while ensuring accurate case documentation and smooth handoff to the legal team.What You'll DoConduct initial consultations via phone, email, or in personGather and document key case details (accident info, medical history, etc.)Assess case eligibility and route qualified leads to attorneysMaintain accurate records in case management systemsSchedule follow-ups and coordinate attorney consultationsCollaborate with legal staff to streamline intake processesWhat We're Looking For3–5 years of legal intake or personal injury experienceBilingual in Spanish and English (required)Strong communication skills with a client-first mindsetHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environmentCompensation & Benefits$25–$30/hour401(k) + matchingHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off
