My team's client is seeking a professional and polished Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. This role requires strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The role is fully on-site, in Bergen County, NJ.

Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of calls
Qualify potential clients through structured intake questions
Gather and enter detailed information into case management systems
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining professionalism
Prioritize and manage multiple inquiries efficiently
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure smooth intake processes
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to law firm standards
Experience with KPI's relating to call volume/team goals
Requirements:
1+ years of customer service experience in a law firm or professional services environment
Strong xzgxqkn phone presence and communication skills
Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
Reliable and able to work fully on-site, Monday–Friday, 9–6 in Bergen County
Proficient with basic computer systems and data entry
Base Salary of $50-$55,000 DOE, plus discretionary year end bonus & comprehensive benefits
