Intake SpecialistKatie L. Lewis, P.C. is seeking a full-time Intake Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients navigating family law matters. In this role, you will speak with potential clients, gather key information, guide them through the intake process, and help create a smooth transition into consultation and onboarding.This position is ideal for someone who communicates with empathy and professionalism, follows established processes carefully, and maintains accuracy in a client-sensitive environment. You will play an important role in supporting prospective clients, protecting attorney time, and helping the firm deliver a high standard of service from the very first interaction.
