Bilingual Legal Intake SpecialistDebt Defenders by Ciment Law Firm, PLLCLocation: Katy or Fort Worth, TX | In-Office Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: $8 - $9/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses Schedule: Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM/Friday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PMOur law office is growing fast, and we're searching for a full-time Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to help us succeed.You'll serve as the compassionate voice of our law firm, fielding inbound calls from prospective clients in their time of need, screening and surveying potential cases, and conducting consultations with prospective clients who meet our criteria.This role also involves consistent follow-up with prospective clients, supervising retainers and required documentation, assisting with new client onboarding, and helping ensure potential and current client information is managed efficiently.Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.If the thought of coming to work every day and making a positive impact on the lives of the clients we serve excites you, start your application today!
