Job description

NVIDIA redefined modern computer graphics, high performance computing and artificial intelligence. We are well positioned as the ‘AI Computing Company,’ and our GPUs are the brains powering Deep Learning software frameworks, accelerated analytics, big data, modern data centers, smart cities, and driving autonomous vehicles. If you are forward-thinking, hardworking, driven and if collaborating with extraordinary people across countries sounds exciting, this job is for you!

NVIDIA is seeking a Legal Operations Engineer to help build proprietary software solutions and AI workflows to support our mission of improving NVIDIA Legal efficiency. Legal Operations is the hub for the application of business principles, processes, and technology to improve the efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness of our in-house legal department. In this role, you act as a forward-looking partner for the Legal Department. You turn legal service delivery into a competitive advantage by groundbreaking use of data, technology, and AI to support NVIDIA’s global innovation and scale. We operate at the intersection of law and the most transformative trends in technology, and we value initiative, continuous learning, and engineering excellence.

What You Will Be Doing:

Designing, implementing, and documenting software tools, custom scripts, and automated workflows to streamline legal department processes.

Integrating and expanding our core legal tech stack—including CounselLink, Anaqua, and DocuSign CLM—with enterprise systems, APIs, custom tools, and automated data pipelines.

Architecting end-to-end technical solutions for high-impact areas like legal intake triage, contract automation, IP operations, and spend analytics.

Working directly with the Legal Operations manager, attorneys, paralegals, and partners from multiple functions in IT and Finance to translate legal workflows into scalable software solutions.

Maintaining user documentation, system architectures, and infrastructure to ensure stability and security across our internal tools.

What we need to see:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical subject area (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of professional software development or automation engineering experience.

Proven track record to design, implement, and document complete solutions end-to-end.

Strong programming foundation in languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, alongside a background involving RESTful APIs and enterprise integrations.

Strong curiosity and active willingness to learn how legal teams operate and how corporate law works.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Prior experience building integrations or custom solutions tailored to internal workflow.

Experience working with legal tech platforms such as DocuSign, Anaqua, or CounselLink

Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or low-code/no-code internal tool builders (e.g., Retool, Streamlit, Power Automate).

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment while translating complex technical concepts for non-technical team members.

A passion for continuous learning, innovation, and pioneering the modern AI-driven enterprise.
