Here's to crafting careers and creating new legacies.In the role of Leinie Lodge Warehouse Associate, working in Chippewa Falls, WI, you will be part of the Guest Relations team as a Warehouse Associate (direct to consumer). This person will be responsible for fulfilling customer orders. This position reports to the Leinie Lodge Retail Supervisor and works closely with other members of the guest relations team to ensure the visits to the Leinie Lodge are memorable and our guests will want to visit us again.Schedule: This role offers 20–30+ hours per week, with most shifts falling between 9am and 6pm. Schedules may vary depending on business needs and can include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Starting pay is $15.00/hr, with opportunities for increase based on merit.What You'll Be Brewing:Deliver an exceptional direct to consumer experience by engaging with guests purchasing beer, merchandise, and branded products onsiteServe as a frontline brand representative by creating positive, efficient, and accurate consumer interactions that drive loyalty and repeat visitsExecute direct to consumer sales transactions, including order fulfillment, merchandise handling, and point of sale responsibilitiesMaintain organized, stocked, and consumer ready DTC areas to support daily sales volume and peak demand periodsCommunicate clearly and professionally with guests to support a high quality in person DTC experienceFollow safety, compliance, and quality standards while supporting daily consumer operationsMaintain flexibility to support DTC business needs, working 20 to 30 plus hours per week including weekends and holidaysKey Ingredients:You are confident, competent, and eager to learn new thingsYou are comfortable with the physical requirements of this position, including standing, walking, and liftingAbility to lift, move, and handle up to 50 pounds as required for product restocking, merchandise handling, and operational supportYou exhibit Molson Coors core values and demonstrate Molson Coors Success FactorsYou have a high school diploma and are at minimum 18 years of ageAs part of the recruitment process, candidates will be required to provide consent to complete a criminal background check and drug screeningBeverage Bonuses:We play our part to make a difference by giving back to our communities through charitable efforts and hands on involvement, which is an important part of who we are and what we valueAccess to brand clothing and swag, top events, and beer allotment for employees 21 and overOpportunity to work within a fast paced and innovative company alongside passionate colleagues and partnersMolson Coors is an equal opportunity employer.
