Job description
Marriott is seeking a Leisure Sales Coordinator to support leisure and group business for our hotels. In this role, you will manage group inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate room blocks, and maintain accurate records in CRM and reservation systems. You will work closely with sales, revenue, and operations teams to optimize rates and availability while ensuring an excellent experience for travel agents, tour operators, and group planners. This position offers exposure to global hospitality operations, structured training, and growth within Marriott’s people-first, inclusive culture.
