Job description
U.S. Bank is seeking a Business Banking Lending Authority Management leader to guide a newly formed team responsible for upskilling, testing, monitoring, and controls of underwriters throughout their credit approval lending authority lifespan.
You will partner with stakeholders on strategic initiatives to increase lending authority thresholds, establish a robust control framework, and mentor a team of 3 to 5 professionals to sustain risk-aware performance.
